AnnotationThe Scottish Government has recently published its third national dementia strategy (Scotland's national dementia strategy; 2017). Previous strategies were published in 2010 and 2013, and the author asks how this new one will differ from the other two. This article outlines the strategy's historical background, development, aims and shortcomings. It lists other relevant Scottish Government and Alzheimer Scotland resources published since 2010.
