Annotation | Funded by London Councils, Age UK London's Fit 4 Purpose project started in April 2013 and has now ended. The project's overall aim was to increase the sustainability and reach of 400 older people's. organisations in London, and so improve older Londoners quality of life. The project had three specific outcome areas for older people's organisations: to gain skills in financial and organisational ability; to improve knowledge of best practice, including legal and policy issues; and to have an improved awareness of equalities and inclusion. Further information about the project is available at: Age UK London Opinion Exchange (www.ageuklondonopinionexchange.org.uk); and Age UK London Knowledge Hub (www.ageuklondonopinionexchange.org.uk).
