Annotation | Zero-hours contracts continue to polarise opinion, but many providers regard them as essential in today's homecare market. UKHCA's policy and Campaigns Director looks at the reasons for their use in domiciliary care, and what would need to change for them to be used less. This article notes that the Association has not adopted a formal position on their use, but lists instances where the practice is likely to be supported. (RH). |
