Annotation | The Leeds Mental Health Intermediate Care Team (MH ICT) was a home-based crisis service for older people and part of Leeds and York Partnership Foundation Trust. The aims of this article are two-fold. Following a brief introduction to the project's context, Part One outlines a work analysis that was conducted to consider the development of psychological interventions within the remit of alternative to admission services. Part Two details the project evaluation itself, including an overview of key initiatives, findings and implications for future service planning. (RH). |
