Annotation	The Government's drive to going 'digital by default' follows the technological trend towards online-based forms of interactions with service users. However, there is still a large population of people who are not online. 551,000 people over 55 in London have never used the internet - that is 41% of over 55s in the capital. This article outlines the contents and recommendations of a report by Age UK London, 'Wealth of the web: broadening horizons online' on the issue of digital inclusion. (RH).
