Annotation | Cognitive stimulation therapy (CST) groups have been run by the Brent Memory Service since 2011. This article considers the extent to which individual participants have progressed and adjusted following CST. It finds that the research demonstrates that CST improves quality of life, cognition and mood. Findings from CST groups point to CST having an impact on adjustment to a dementia. (RH). |
