Annotation | The Queensland Cross-Government Project to Reduce Social Isolation of Older People was established in 2003, to identify and develop innovative and community capacity building responses to reduce the social isolation of older people. The Project, which involved five phases, took a cross-government partnership approach, led by the Office for Seniors, Department for Communities. Phase four relates to the evaluation of demonstration projects, and provides overviews of the projects and summaries of qualitative findings. (RH). |
