Annotation | Clinical psychologists from Tees, Esk and Wear valleys (TEWV) NHS Foundation Trust describe the development of a tool which could potentially be used in quality and governance of the use of shared formulation and as a training tool. The Formulation Strategies Score Sheet (FSSS) is designed to be used specifically to develop skills in delivering formulations using the Newcastle Model. Having been developed from work initially carried out in the Northumberland County Challenging Behaviour Service (NCCBS), the FSSS is being used in the development of the TEWV County Durham and Darlington Care Home Liaison Service.
