AnnotationThe author describes the results of a project carried out in 28 care homes in south-east England funded by the Department of Health (DH). The focus was to support managers and leaders to deliver high quality dementia care through the use of the Bee Inspired Dementia Care programme. This article looks at the project's aims and its use of measuring workforce well-being and physical environment. It also features two case studies: the Mayflower care Centre at Gravesend, Kent; and Sunrise of Esher, Surrey. (RH).
