Annotation | This is an evaluation of employer experiences which explores the benefits accruing from a multi-generational workforce. It finds that while workplaces benefit from a multi-generational workforce, employers have yet to systematically harness these benefits. As employers begin to think of workforces in generational terms, they will need to understand the benefits arising from a comprehensive understanding of the relationships between employees from different generations.
