Annotation | The Royal College of Nursing has developed guidance to help nurses and care staff work effectively with issues of sexuality, intimate relationships and sex, particularly for older people living in care homes. This article looks at the barriers to ensuring the sexual rights and freedoms of care home residents are protected and suggests how the new guidance might help. (JL). |
