AnnotationThe audit relates to use of the Addenbrooke's Cognitive Assessment - Revised (ACE-R), the cognitive tool being used by the memory service. Audits of the ACE-R were carried out before and after training, which improved the accuracy of its use by the team using it, though not necessarily the understanding of the test in the diagnostic process.
