Annotation | Older people are major users of health and social care services. As a consumer group, this market is largely untapped, for example in any demand for assisted living technology. This report provides a summary of findings from a series of research activities undertaken in the first stage of a 3-year project known as CO-MODAL. (COnsumer MOdels for Assisted Living), led by Coventry University in partnership with Age UK and Grandparents Plus. It considers how assisted living technology users, consumers and potential consumers behave, and the interface between the assisted living technology industry and the consumer. (RH) |
