AnnotationEastleigh Southern Parishes Older People's Forum (ESPOPF) in Hampshire has gathered evidence to inform policy about future provision of housing and supporting services to meet the needs and aspirations of the over 60s in Eastleigh. This report is based on 27 interviews conducted with a sample of ESPOPF members between December 2006 and March 2007. It presents their views on the current housing situation (including sheltered housing), whether they wanted to move, and on their general needs. It makes recommendations to Eastleigh Borough Council, housing associations and other local bodies on how they might respond to service provision needs. (RH).
