Annotation'Ageless at work' demonstrates and compares the use of innovative approaches to issues relating to the impact of an ageing society on society and the on the labour market. It summarises the work of three transnational development partnerships and the four work packages developed to further this work. The partners involved are: Tick Tock, led by he Learning and Skills Council, Berkshire; Jobsis, led by Seinajoki University of Applied Sciences, Finland (www.seamk.fi); and Age Management, from Talk to Action, led by ARETE, Paris (www.arete.fr). The four work packages are: Mentoring in action (UK); Improving the health and well-being of older workers (Finland); Implementing appropriate working practices and conditions: strategies to promote vocational mobility f or a longer working life (France); and Developing strategies and polices for structural change (led by UK and supported by France and Finland).
