Annotation | Health and social care services in all sectors have found themselves under increasing pressure due to demographic, social and technological changes. As such pressure is likely to worsen in the present financial climate, this paper seeks to identify '10 high impact changes' with regards to prevention in older people's services. The paper represents the authors' "best guess" at high impact changes (as far as the available evidence suggests), rather than as a statement of "what to do". (RH). |
