| Annotation | A Policy Briefing which describes the work of the Care and Support Alliance since its inception in June 2009, with Imelda Redmond as its Chairperson. There are currently 35 members of the Alliance who work together to promote reform of social care to deliver a sustainable, high quality care and support system in England and Wales. Further lobbying of the coalition government is planned, as well as a piece of research on the impact of impending government financial cuts to care services on carers and other users of such services.
