Annotation | Enabling older people in Wales to access independent advocacy services is the key to reducing elder abuse. Age Concern Cymru has launched an Elder Abuse Project, funded by Comic Relief, to help reduce the various levels and types of abuse faced by older people in Wales. The project seeks to raise awareness of elder abuse among older people themselves, and advising on where to find help and guidance. (RH). |
