AnnotationIn connection with Community Care's election campaign for the Dementia Declaration, Natalie Valios reports on progress on one of the national dementia strategy's cornerstone policies. This relates to ongoing support for people with dementia from a network of dementia advisers, who are based in GP surgeries, hospitals or community mental health teams.
