Annotation | The White Paper 'Valuing people' (Cm 5086; TSO, 2001) identified and acknowledged the needs of older carers (those aged 70+), being one of three priority groups of family carers. This evaluation was conducted as part of the Foundation for People with Learning Disabilities (FPLD) Older Family Carers Initiative (OFCI) funded by the Department of Health (DH).
