AnnotationThis paper describes a study undertaken to explore how assistive technology in the form of a wrist-worn device is perceived by older people for whom it has been devised. This survey was part of a larger study funded by EU Framework 6, ENABLE Project (2007-2010). The final questionnaire (following a pilot) was sent to 250 older people across the participating countries: UK (140), Czech Republic (40), Greece (40) and Belgium (40). (KJ/RH).
