| Annotation | This publication is one that summarises "top level" advice statistics collated by Citizens Advice of their work undertaken in the quarter under review. It also provides a quarterly time series of these statistics, broken down into 200 different sub-categories, according to codes used by the advisers to categorise the problems on which they gave advice. Some of these categories relate to older people. This first issue (Quarter 1 2009/10) spotlights the recession and the effect this is having on their advice work. Future issues will be made available electronically on a quarterly basis, and highlight other areas of social welfare and policy. (KJ). |
