AnnotationFollowing the Commission for Social Care Inspection's independent review 'Cutting the cake fairly: CSCI review of eligibility criteria for social care' (October 2008), the Department of Health (DH) is consulting on draft revised guidance on social care eligibility. The aim of the revised guidance is to support fairness, transparency and consistency of application, and to reflect the increased focus on personalisation and prevention, as set out in Putting People First. (RH).
