| Annotation | Older people, wherever they live, should have free and fair access to health services that promote their physical and mental health, treat illness, and support those with living with long-term conditions. Age Concern England's policy objectives for health services for older people include: age equality; services and support to prevent health problems and to enable people to recover; access to primary care and community health services; standards of care and protection of human rights; mental health services; and responsive services.
