Annotation | This Government Bill was published on 25 November 2009. In this First Reading version, which was not debated, the Bill is only available in electronic format from the website link given below. This Bill will be on the Order Paper for a Second Reading debate on a date to be confirmed. If enacted, the Bill will amend section 15 of the Community Care (Delayed Discharges etc.) Act 2003 so as to remove the restriction on the period for which personal care may be provided free of charge to persons living at home; and to make consequential provision.
