Annotation | The Pensions Act 2008 requires employers to automatically enrol eligible jobholders into qualifying workplace pension saving, with a minimum employer contribution. Those who decide they do not want to participate in pension saving have the right to opt out. Age Concern and Help the Aged comment on the proposed Pensions (Automatic Enrolment) Regulations 2009, which relates to the coming into force of automatic enrolment to pension saving in 2012. (RH). |
