Annotation | Age Concern and Help the Aged have collected much evidence on the pernicious effects of age discrimination on older people's human rights. This response notes Help the Aged's previous response in 2008 to the Joint Committee on Human Rights's call for evidence regarding the then unpublished Bill. Now that the Bill has been published, this submission comments on: goods facilities and services; disability related discrimination; discrimination against carers; multiple discrimination; premises access; volunteers; forced retirement; and the public sector equality duty.
