Annotation | This is the 7th report of 'Key Indicators of Personal Social Services in Northern Ireland', and covers the period from 1st April 2002 to 31st March 2005. The report presents service provision indicators, demographic and socio-economic indicators at Trust level, and mid-year population estimates at Board level. The 'Key Indicators of Personal Social Services in Northern Ireland' was first published in 1998, and contains an extensive range of indicators for children's and adult services. A full description of each indicator, and where appropriate the baseline population data used in its calculation, is provided at the head of each table. In addition, the appendices detail all the indicators presented in this report, together with baseline figures to assist with their interpretation. Indicators are normally expressed per 1,000 or per 10,000 of the relevant population, or as simple percentages. Population baselines are derived from the 2001 Census of population. (KJ/RH). |
