Annotation | The Personal Accounts Delivery Authority (PADA) is responsible for delivering the infrastructure to support the scheme, whereby from 2012, all employers must ensure that eligible workers are automatically enrolled into a pension scheme that meets certain quality standards. Age Concern England (ACE) and Help the Aged outline their views on PADA's proposals, which they generally support and welcome, but call for help in resolving problems of inflation protection, transparency of annuity pricing, and those with small pension pots.
