AnnotationThis circular informs of changes to current regulations, those significant are detailed as follows:. 1. Announces the revised PEA of £20.45 from 9 April 2007. 2. Announces the revised capital limits of £130000 (lower limit) and £21500 (upper limit) from 9 April 2007. 3. Announces revised savings disregards of up to £5.25 per week for individual supported residents aged 65 and over and up to £7.85 per week for couples from 9 April 2007.
