Annotation | The recent evaluation of individual budgets (IBs) found disquiet over safeguarding and transition plans. In the last of a series of articles, a member of the Individual Budget Evaluation Network team (IBSEN) comments on potential financial and individual risks of harm for IB holders. While this article suggests that there are no losers in personalisation of care, it is more difficult to assess the gains and losses overall. (RH). |
