Annotation | In the second in a series of articles on personalisation, the author looks at self-directed support in action in West Sussex. The authority was one of 13 pilot sites for individual budgets (IBs) in 2006-2007, and successful outcomes for staffing and user satisfaction are reported. The Department of Health (DH) will be publishing findings from the 2-year pilots later in 2008. (RH). |
