Annotation | In Control service users have reported improved quality of life. The author looks at the findings in 'A report on in Control's second phase: evaluation and learning 2005-2007'. She questions the confusing use of terminology in this field, which particularly concerns those with mental health problems, for example "self-directed support" rather than "personalisation". (RH). |
