AnnotationThe All Party Parliamentary Group on Local Government is considering how the place of older people in society can be improved in the next ten years in the context of rapid demographic change, rising expectations and increasing financial constraint. Age Concern England (ACE) responds to specific questions from the All Party Group on: integration of services; older people's contribution to care; national minimum standards of care; the objectives and key elements of services; and reallocating resources to preventative services. ACE also refers to its annual policy report, "The age agenda". (RH).
