AnnotationNutrition Screening Week is an initiative of BAPEN (British Association for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition) in collaboration with the British Dietetic Association an the Royal College of Nursing, supported by the National patient Safety Agency, the Department of Health in England, the Welsh Assembly Government, the Scottish Government and the Chief Nursing Officer in Northern Ireland. It is a nutrition screening survey and audit of adults on admission to hospitals, care homes and mental health units. The full report is available to download from the website. (KJ/RH).
