AnnotationThe Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 places a duty on local authorities with social services responsibilities in England to make arrangements to establish Local Involvement Networks (LINks). LINks aim to increase local people's involvement in commissioning and provision of health and care services. Age Concern England (ACE) responds to the consultation on the draft Regulations, and focuses on powers concerning access to information about health and care services. (RH).
