AnnotationAge Concern England (ACE) supports the aims of the Retail Distribution Review in trying to make the market for retail investment products work better for consumers, and believes that the Financial Services Authority (FSA) should also address similar problems in the advice market for other financial services, not just investment products. However, ACE's response to the FSA takes issue with the its proposals about "advisers". (RH).
