Annotation | The General Household Survey presents statistical trends based on a sample of the population of Great Britain, being a continuous, multi-purpose survey covering topics such as household and family trends, personal finances, housing, employment, health, sport and leisure activities. It has been a continuous annual survey since 1971 but since the 2004 edition, only a printed customised version is available, as the GHS is freely available in electronic format from the ONS website. There is a brief overview report followed by Appendices A to G and then the Datasets; of these, Tables 6.1 to 6.14 are concerned with current occupational and personal pension provision. (KJ). |
