AnnotationThis issue brief presents an overview of the situation of older workers across Europe. It is based on an analysis of the status of age discrimination and efforts to promote age equality in the workforce in eight European countries: the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Spain, and the UK. The aim is to help policymakers identify actions that may lead to more equal participation of older workers in the workforce. (RH).
