| Annotation | Published quarterly, Euro Observer is the health policy bulletin of the European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies, and provides information on key health policy issues and health care system reforms across Europe through review articles, case studies and commentaries. Brief articles do appear on the English health care system (National Health Service) and financing long-term care. It also highlights forthcoming Observatory studies, reports and other research activities. The Observatory is a partnership between the WHO Regional Office for Europe, the Governments of Belgium, Finland, Greece, Norway, Spain, Slovenia and Sweden; the Veneto Region of Italy, the European Investment Bank, Open Society Institute, the London School of Economics and Political Science and the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine.
