Author(s)Simon Kenwright, Helen Watts

Pages17-21 pp
KeywordsEuthanasia ; Attitude.
AnnotationThe legalisation of euthanasia, or assisted dying has long been a subject of debate, which intensified with the introduction of the parliamentary Bill, Assisted Dying for the Terminally Ill, by Lord Joffe. Although this Bill was blocked by the House of Lords last year, similar bills will be introduced in the future. The authors argue for and against the case of assisted dying. (KJ/RH).
