| Annotation | The Law Commission and the Scottish Law Commission have published a joint consultation which sets out provisional proposals for reforming aspects of insurance contract law that have been criticised as unduly harsh by policyholders. Age Concern England (ACE) generally supports the main proposals, but expresses concern about proposals to continue permitting general questions to policyholders. (RH). |
