| Annotation | The New Policy Institute has updated its annual analysis of indicators of poverty and social exclusion for all the latest data. Its principal conclusion is that the strategy against poverty and social exclusion pursued since the late 1990s is now largely exhausted. The full report on which these findings are based, is only available online on the www.poverty.org.uk website.
