AnnotationThis pocket guide was developed by the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) as part of a project commissioned by the Help the Aged Dignity on the Ward campaign. It defines "dignity", highlighting things that ensure good care from the patient's perspective; introduces the Senses Framework, the aim of which is to ensure an enriched care environment; and identifies ways in which the work experience and job satisfaction of staff can be enhanced, in order to provide best care for patients.
