Annotation | When Knowsley Council and the local primary care trust (PCT) set up Knowsley Older People's Voice (KOPV), a community engagement project, they were determined that it would pay more than lip-service to older people's needs. This article reports on developments since the first meeting in 2002, and suggests tips for successful projects that will motivate staff and older people alike. (RH). |
