| Annotation | Concerns about poor service provision for people with dementia in the Forth Valley area of Scotland have prompted a major change programme aimed at identifying and tackling poor service provision, by drawing on the views of those who work alongside people with dementia. Interventions have included education, communication and information, leadership and development work. An evaluation of this 12-month programme will inform future work and services.
