| Annotation | This report is intended to address a number of the most important questions raised in relation to the car parking requirements for sheltered housing developments. In particular it considers the requirements of Category II developments of McCarthy and Stone (Developments) Ltd, who are a major provider of such accommodation throughout England. (Category II sheltered housing, as defined by the Ministry of Housing and Local Government Circular 82/69, now withdrawn).
