AnnotationBaroness Andrews, the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG), was invited to speak at a "Next Decade" lecture organised by the Fabian Society. Baroness Andrews highlighted the centrality of older people in the housing market, noting that "30% of households are already headed by someone over retirement age".
