Annotation | Age Concern England (ACE) believes that a 'later life' accreditation (LLA) scheme will be very useful to older people and their families, and strongly supports the development of such a scheme. Its response to the Financial Services Skills Council (FSSC) consultation covers standards, knowledge, understanding that would be expected; however, ACE is conditional in its support. (RH). |
