AnnotationThe London Refugee Listening Event brought together older refugees and asylum seekers from across London, the being to discuss their experiences and suggest practical solutions to improving the service provision received. This report comprises speakers' presentations and summaries of the workshops on the following themes: health, mobility and social care; housing; education, training and employment; legal and financial issues; and family, community and networks. The Older Refugees Programme is a 2-year partnership project led by Age Concern England (ACE) and the Refugee Council, and funded by the Lloyds TSB Foundation. Other partners are Age Concern London and the Association of Greater London Older Women (AGLOW). (RH).
